Our story
We earned our respected reputation by our commitment and dedication to the industry and our clients. We are dedicated to transformation offset by preserving organisations homegrown values that shaped their humble beginnings. We result to resourceful thinking when evaluating and refining our approach and implementation of organisations BEE Strategy. These values took root in Jacana’s culture during our founder’s upbringing and passion for people and value of education and see people as inherently wise and capable beings. Our Approach

We consult with the orginisation in an in depth B-BBEE Strategy workshop across each element using existing data and perform a GAP analysis to determine your current position and shortfalls and optimization of the BEE Scorecard. We build a strategic plan and implement these objectives. We provide quarterly reports on the achieved targets and policy effectiveness and take corrective action as and when it is needed.
