B-BBEE Advisory Services

We provide consultative services on the Codes of Good Practice (COGP) and all Sector Codes

We assist all entities: Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME’s), Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSE’s) and Generic Enterprises.

BEE is governed by the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (as amended); the generic Codes of Good Practice on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE Codes) and certain sector-specific Codes of Good Practice (Sector Codes).

There is no obligation to have a particular B-BBEE status level. However, any company wanting to do business in South Africa must consider and develop its B-BBEE strategy, more specifically if you intend to conduct business with Government, organs of state and the private sector.

We are up to date with the most recent developments in B-BBEE, including interpretations and differences arising in the context of the Codes of Good Practice and the various sector-specific codes. We engage with the Department of Trade and Industry, Sector Councils, the B-BBEE Commission, various B-BBEE verification agencies and The Association of B-BBEE Professionals (ABP) or a regular basis.
